Data handling for private deployments

This page describes the data paths of a private trackica deployment. It is not the privacy policy of Multica Cloud and does not identify your deployment operator. Your organization or service provider controls this instance; ask your administrator for the applicable privacy notice.
Workspace data
Accounts, workspaces, tasks, comments, chat messages and attachments are processed by the services configured for this deployment. Workspace members and authorized agents can access data according to their permissions.
Models and connected services
Coding agents run on the runtimes you connect. Their tools may send prompts, code, files and tool results to the model providers configured for those tools. Connected messaging, repository and other services receive data needed for the actions you request.
Retention, deletion and requests
Storage locations, backups, logs, retention periods and support contacts depend on your deployment. Deleting content in the app does not establish when every backup or external provider copy is erased. Contact the operator for access, correction, export or deletion requests and for its retention policy.
Service details
Do not assume that upstream Cloud billing, analytics or telemetry policies apply to this distribution. Your operator must explain the features and external services enabled for your deployment.
